Speak Out Against Supervisor Koetzle's $63,000 Pay Raise!
Tell the Glenville Town Board to Reject Any Proposal To Raise the Salary Unless There is Public Comment and Input

Supervisor Chris Koetzle has proposed changing the Town of Glenville 2014 Budget to make the Supervisor position full-time with an $83,000 salary - a $63,000 pay raise! His proposal comes well after the 2014 preliminary budget was released and after a public hearing was held.  By proposing this now, Mr. Koetzle is trying to bypass any opportunity for public comment or input.

Please join with us at the Wednesday, November 20th Town Board meeting at 7:30pm at Town Hall and let your voice be heard and hopefully convince the Town Board to delay this vote and create a more suitable timeline to debate the merits of this change.

You can also sign a petition urging the Town Board to reject any proposal to increase the salary without public input.

Thank you to all of the voters who came out and supported our Town of Glenville candidates!
While we were not successful, our message of change was heard.

We had extremely hard working candidates and we thank them for their
time and dedication to the residents of Glenville.

Congratulations to newly elected Schenectady County Legislator Rory Fluman.  While his election will be a loss to the Village of Scotia where he currently serves as a Trustee, it is a huge win for all of the residents of Scotia and Glenville!

The Scotia/Glenville Democrats are always looking for volunteers interested in supporting the party and supporting our community.

Contact us and let us know how you would like to help create a better Village of Scotia and Town of Glenville.
